Responsibilities

Support Business Development Director:

  • Assist drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other documentations as required.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients by acting as the main point of contact for queries, updates, and follow ups.
  • Communicate new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration through out all channel.
  • Proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs by providing consultation and advice on our products and services. and ensure the timely delivery of projects.

Market Research & Lead Generation:

  • Conduct research to identify potential business opportunities, target markets, and industry trends.

Production

  • Oversee the filming process, ensuring that the script is executed as planned
  • Direct actors and crew to achieve the desired performance and visual style

Post-production

  • Review and select the best takes for editing
  • Collaborate with video editors to ensure that the final product aligns with the script and vision

Visual and Audio Elements

  • Coordinate the inclusion of visual and audio elements, such as graphics, music, and sound effects, to enhance the video's impact

Quality control

  • Ensure that the final video meets quality standards and project objectives. Review and approve the final edit before distribution

Budget Management

  • Manage the budget for each video project including expenses related to production and post-production
